Forgotten your password?

1) Click on “Forgotten your password?”
2) Enter your email address and click “Retrieve Password”. You will then be sent an email containing a link. This may take a few minutes. It is also an idea to check it has not gone into your spam box.
3) Click on the link, you will then be redirected back to the website and you will see confirmation that an email with your new password has been sent. Again, check your spam box.
4) The second email will contain your new password (example: UlU/Oy2W). Click on “My Account” - this will take you directly to our website. Alternatively, enter your password on the login page. We advise you copy and paste in your new password to avoid mistakes (highlight the password, right click and choose copy, then right click and paste into the password box of the website.
5) From your account you can change your password to something more memorable if you wish. Go to your “Personal Information” and enter your preferred password and confirm.


Below the “Choose a delivery address” content box, de-select the “Use the delivery address as the billing address”. This will allow you to select an alternative delivery address.



We aim to process and despatch goods within 2-3 days of receipt of order, although at peak times we ask you to allow a little longer. Orders are subject to availability. Unless you direct us otherwise, your socks will be sent Standard UK Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class 3-5 days). Heavier packages will be sent by courier. If your order is urgent, please select a delivery up-grade during checkout.

*Please note: ‘Next day delivery’ orders MUST be received before 12 noon Monday-Friday. Orders after this time will be sent on the next working day, for delivery the following day. Weekends and Bank Holidays are excluded.

What do I do if my parcel does not arrive?

If your order has not reached you within the estimated delivery period, it could be for the following reasons:

  • The carrier has experienced a delay.
  • The delivery company has tried to deliver and has left you a calling card - check with your local mail depot.
  • Your parcel has been left with a neighbour.
  • Your parcel has been left in a safe place.

Very few packages go astray and fail to reach their destination. Undelivered parcels will eventually be returned to us, but this can take up to 3 weeks. All packages and parcels are sent at the risk of the person placing the order. Orders can be up-graded to include tracking by selecting the “Signed For” delivery option.

How do I exchange an item?

If you wish to exchange your socks, please return them unused within 14 days and if you could include £3.95 towards the return postage, this will help to keep costs down. How do I return an item for a refund?

It is important to us that you are 100% delighted with your Corrymoor Socks. If you are not, we'll do everything possible to fix it for you. In line with ‘The Consumer Contracts Regulations’ you have a right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving your purchase. This 14 day period begins the day after you receive the items from us. Please notify us in writing within 14 working days that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s) and we will be happy to offer you a full refund including any delivery charge. Unless otherwise agreed, we will not refund any delivery charges if you cancel after 14 days or if you only cancel part of your order.


Overseas Delivery

Postal charges vary from one country to another and are calculated during checkout, at the same time any UK tax on your socks and other goods will be deducted as appropriate. Overseas orders will be delivered by your country’s international postal service. The parcel is fully tracked and a signature will be required on delivery.

Will I be charged customs and import tax?

Please be advised that for countries outside the EU, there may be taxes, fees or other charges that you will be expected to pay. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order as these charges will vary from country to country. We do not have any control over these charges and they may change from time to time. Your order could be destroyed or returned to us if these local import and custom charges are refused or not paid by you. We will only be able to offer a refund if the goods are returned to us undamaged. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned products minus any costs incurred in returning them to us.


20% VAT is included in the price where applicable. Customers in all non-EU countries may be exempt from VAT and these charges will be deducted during the checkout process. This ONLY applies if the goods are ordered by a non-EU customer and sent direct from us to an overseas (non-EU) recipient at a non-EU address. This does not apply to sock tokens or to Kidsocks which are VAT zero rated.

If you would like to receive your socks without the sock card packaging please click the NO option for each item ordered. We will then donate 10p per pair of socks to our nominated charity. You will receive your socks with a size sticker only.

The sock packaging has important information such as washing instructions, contact details and make the gift look extra special. Therefore, we do not recommend this option if you are a NEW CUSTOMER or if the socks are a GIFT.

“In 25 years the mohair fibre and ingredients of your Corrymoor Socks haven't changed… but detergents and washing machines have.” So what is the best way to care for your Corrymoors?

  • Try not use detergents containing enzymes - check the detergent packaging. Here at the farm we use Woolite.
  • Wool wash at 40°C
  • Use a gentle spin (most wool washes will incorporate this into the cycle anyway)
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Wash dark colours separately at first

A Bit of Science and tips on washing Mohair is a fibre made up of the protein keratin (like your own hair, silk, wool and other animal fibres). The scales of the mohair fibre are flattened and overlay each other giving a smooth surface (unlike wool). This gives mohair its smooth handle and high lustre and your Corrymoor Socks their unique hard-wearing, anti-bacterial (no smell), wicking and non-felting properties.

Mohair has a much greater resistance to shrinking and felting than other natural fibres, but it too finds it hard to resist the action of the protease enzymes found in many of the “low temperature” detergents. Sadly, the enzymes cannot tell the difference between dirt and the protein fibres of the mohair which can ultimately weaken and breakdown resulting in slight shrinkage and felting of your beloved Corrymoors.

For your Information (although we do not recommend you try this out at home) Corrymoors are dyed in water which reaches boiling point, this is then followed by rinsing AND spinning AND tumble drying!
